About

Nolan Springs Farm is located on 80 acres right in the heart of Unionville, PA — surrounded by miles of rolling hills and some of the top facilities for horse sport.

The farm was once owned by the late Bruce Donaldson and was at one point one of the top breeding racehorse farms in Pennsylvania. In 2008 it was purchased by Joseph and Melissa Nolan to enjoy the preserved space, and to serve as a facility for their daughters, Erin and Catherine Nolan, to ride and train out of.

Over the years the farm has been occupied by numerous riders and programs of multiple disciplines, and is now being offered for select services.
